Y系列无极调光UV固化系统是根据UV印刷行业的快速发展需求，针对UV油墨、UV光油、UV胶水开发的先进固化装置，采用冷光源灯管，光谱峰值在360-410nm波长范围内可以选择。对各种纸张及PP、PVC、PE、PET薄膜的干燥能达到理想的固化效果。灯组设备采用铝质外罩，配合本公司最新研发全自动风冷系统对UV印刷产品实现低温高效固化。控制系统采用麦格米特可编程序控制器与触摸屏进行程序化控制，配合印刷机等设备自动工作，风冷系统自动调节温度，根据转移需求可随意调节UV能量，离压时风冷系统自动冷却并在低能量状态待机，超时待机程序自动关闭UV系统，达到节能效果。

Y-series non-polar dimming UV curing system is developed based on the rising need of printing industry, aiming specifically at UV printing Ink, UV gloss oil and UV glue. By adopting cold light technology, Y-series allows selections from 360-440nm wavelengths in the spectrum. It’s ideal for all kinds of papers, PP, PVC, PE and PET curing.

Aluminum outer cover paring with the automatic full-blast cooling system developed by Nortz allows Y-series to produce much lower temperature curing ideal for heat sensitive materials. The MEGMEET control system used in Y-series is programmable with touch-screen. When coordinating with printing equipment, the full-blast cooling system can automatically adjust temperature. UV intensity is also adjustable based on the need of curing/transfer. When away from pressure，the full-blast cooling system is automatically turn to standby mode, and UV-curing system will automatically turn off, which makes Y-series safe and energy-efficient.
